Please read below to understand your entitlements upfront.

DEPOSIT ~ a sum of EUR 500 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. In case of booking after 12th March 2025, a full payment is required at the time of booking.

FULL BALANCE ~ your reservation needs to be paid in full two months before the trip which is by 12th March 2025.

CANCELLATION ~ in case you can no longer join the trip, please inform us immediately. It would be appreciated if you find a replacement for your spot. Cancellation after 12th March 2025 will result in no refund.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats due to unforeseen circumstances in which case you will receive a full refund.
